Director of Human Resources/Risk Manager
The Human Resources Department is responsible for employer-employee and labor relations, recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, benefits administration, and workforce training and development. The Human Resources Department is also responsible for the City's Risk Management programs and activities, including workers' compensation, liability and subrogation, safety programs and insurance.
