Housing Element Update - Introduction of the analysis of existing residential zoning capacity within the City including review of a list of potential sites under consideration for inclusion in the Housing Element Sites Inventory for the 2023-2031 (6th Cycle) Housing Element Update, as well as an evaluation of site inventory and affordability assumption strategies to address the City’s Regional Housing Need Allocation (RHNA).
