Meet the Human Resources Director

Sukari Beshears is the Director of Human Resources/Risk Manager for the City of Brentwood. She has served over 30 years in the public sector. Sukari has worked for cities, counties, and a special district. She holds an MBA from St. Mary’s College. Her professional certificates include: SHRM-SCP, D&I for HR, and ICMA High Performance Leadership. As an accomplished leader and HR practitioner, Sukari is a life-long learner and believes in fostering a continuous learning environment where employees can grow and thrive as public servants.
