Sycamore Place

Sycamore Place I & II Apartments are subsidized senior housing projects which are owned and managed by Christian Church Homes. Apartments are single story, 1 bedroom air conditioned units; with many units built as handicapped accessible. Units are not equipped with washers and dryers, although, the laundry room is on-site. Please contact the on-site manager for detailed information regarding the apartment complexes, and the application and eligibility process for the waitlist.

Brentwood Senior Commons

The 80 unit development known as Brentwood Senior Commons is currently owned and managed by Eden Housing. The two-story complex is air conditioned and includes washer and dryer within the units. Handicapped accessible units are available on the ground floor. Please contact the on-site manager for more information on the apartment complex and the application and eligibility process.
