Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP)
HICAP provides free and objective counseling and advocacy services to families who need assistance with Medicare enrollment and with issues involving Medicare and associated insurance programs. For an appointment, call 925-655-1393.

NAMI Contra Costa knows that mental health problems still happen despite the current Covid-19 pandemic. And trying to navigate the various agencies and support mechanisms can be frustrating. We are here to help and support you. Should you find yourself struggling to find resources for your loved one, contact us. One of our trained coordinators can work with you to help navigate the various government resources to get you the help you need.
