The video above features body-worn camera footage from an incident at a residential home in Brentwood, where officers responded to a report of an individual experiencing a mental health crisis. This footage is shared to illustrate the use of effective communication and de-escalation techniques by the responding officer. The individual was safely transported to a hospital for immediate care, and the situation was resolved peacefully.
